According to the latest data from the Labor Department, last week’s jobless claims came in below what Wall Street forecasted, and represent the lowest weekly jobless claims since the pandemic and subsequent lockdowns began ravaging the U.S. economy in March.


   

The Media’s Premature Coronation

Apart from a few holdouts, everyone in the media is acting as if the final outcome of this year’s Presidential election is conclusively settled. A survey of headlines at The New York Times yesterday offers “Transition updates,” a “disinformation tracker” dedicated to smearing anything and anyone calling a Biden win into question, not to mention an article whose title begins, “The Election is Over, but…” alongside a piece talking about which segment of the population helped to deliver Biden a win.


   

States’ Decisions to Mail Ballots to All Registered Voters Opened the Door to Election Fraud

The New York Times informed readers on Wednesday that “Election Officials Nationwide Find No Fraud.” Yes, that really was the main headline on the front page of the most widely read newspaper in America.
