Through semi-legal activities like this, here in NC and other Democrat controlled election states, we are about to experience the most fraud-prone contestable election in American history with untold consequences that may cause enormous damage to urban areas and possibly beyond, to a civil war which could spread across the nation with an accompanying loss of life accruing to tens of millions. All this to defeat a rival to Democrats?
Apparently they haven't advanced too far beyond that stage from 15 or so years ago now that they aspire to winning elections in Carolina del Norte. 
The below images represent 8.5 x 11 election junk mail sent to "Latinix" voters (citizen and non-citizen alike) from some data base that "Poder Action NC" is using for a saturation mass mailing campaign in the lead up to the 2020 elections. At first I wasn't sure if that was a face mask or a Carolina Condom for "Concha" Cal Cunningham that Uncle Roy was holding in his left hand.
