| Time for Berkeley to pay the piper for anarchist attacks |
| U.C. Berkeley has a well-earned reputation as a hotbed of campus radicalism, but even so, people have a right to not be attacked by leftist rioters while attending an on-campus event. And they certainly have a right to expect that when trapped by anarchists firing rockets and throwing incendiary devices, U.C. Berkeley's police force won't aide the rioters by closing off the only way of escape, with a "Those people are on their own." Berkeley's reputation is well-earned ... now it's time to pay the bill. |
