Some register agreement, some disagreement and some are very emotional about an injustice. Mostly we hear of injustices inflicted on rural landowners for obvious reasons being that we are ADVOCATES for rural landowners........

Mr. President, You Have Been Given The Authority To Prosecute, Why Haven’t You?

If I see a reoccurring post on social media, almost without fail, it is a post from the people reminding the President of his promises told to them on the campaign trail concerning the rule of law that he promised to bring back in. After all, he has been given delegated authority from “We the people” to prosecute; yet he has not.........

Christian Baker Wins And Constitution Adversaries Finally Want Limited Judicial Authority

However, the advocates of Obergefell are taking a different approach to the Supreme Court’s authority in this recent decision. Adversaries of the Constitution like Sarah Warbelow, legal director with the Human Rights Campaign, don’t want to see this opinion become “the law of the land.”  Ms. Warbelow stressed that the decision “is so narrow as to apply only to this particular baker.” And she is right!.........
