Saudi Prince has called Donald Trump a disgrace to the United States following his call for a ban on Muslims entering the country
The same Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal is building a massive 1,000km wall to keep Syrian and Iraqi refugees out of his country. In an effort to defend itself from the IS threat and further attacks, the kingdom launched a massive project to construct a “Great Wall” along it’s northern border with Iraq, where IS presence is heavy. Much of his philanthropic work will help “foster cultural understanding” of Islam in America and the West.
The fence on the border with Iraq is not the first one
for Saudi Arabia. It already has a 1,800 km (1,118-mile) barrier along
its border with Yemen. And the ultimate plan is to have all of the
country
surrounded by a fence. In July 2009, Riyadh signed a deal with European
aerospace and defense contractors EADS to build a high-tech security
fence on 9,000km (5,600 miles) of the country's borders.
