In numerous forums, I have
argued that there is a Cold Civil War
underway in the United States between the power of a one-party state represented
by the entrenched Democrat-Republican political establishment and the rights of
the American people.

If Sacramento Democrats had their way—and
they do—criminals from foreign countries can be doctors, lawyers, CPA’s,
teacher’s and even police officers (maybe they would arrest themselves for
breaking the law?)
Democrats believe everybody should be
treated equally, including law breakers. In fact, to them, anybody stupid
enough to apply to legally come to this country, thus obeying our laws, are
suckers and should not be here. Are criminals a good role model for
students and the public? Can an attorney be ethically if they are openly
violating our laws and laughing at us?
Do you want to pay for the operations for
every illegal alien that is smart enough to sneak into our
nation?

(CNSNews.com) - The Energy
Department on Tuesday is rolling out new, improved software to help Americans
measure the energy efficiency of their homes.
DOE says its energy-scoring
software -- called the Home Energy Scoring Tool -- is like a vehicle's
mile-per-gallon rating because it allows homeowners to compare the energy
performance of their homes to other homes nationwide. It also provides
homeowners with suggestions for improving their homes'
efficiency.
The software is part of the
government's effort to reduce the nation's energy consumption; but it's also
billed as a way to keep home-retrofitting going, at a time when stimulus funds
for weather-proofing have run out.
