Lindsey Graham admits Fox news is rigged and bans amnesty opponents
   The people listed....were banned from Fox News....even by Sean Hannity and Neil Cavuto. Michelle Dallacroce of Mothers Against Illegal Aliens/Amnesty - was never again allowed on the Cavuto or Hannity shows, once Murdoch made the announcement that he would support illegal immigration and its related advocacy groups such as La Raza.  But did you notice that every pro-illegal alien advocate and organization were given numerous opportunities to promote their illegal schemes and to influence the kool aid drinking ignorant american leftists?  Her last invite was in late 2010.  And, even after calling them numerous times since then....Fox News and its contact people - made excuses and never returned calls or offered invitations.  Instead, they would host pro-illegal alien advocates who were given plenty of time to promote their anti-american agenda

Thanks to the reporter I won't have to place a second ad....
The reporter came across like she had pre determined how to handle this? Lol  Had the typical Liberal sneer one can pick up from a phone conversation.   During the interview it felt as though she was snarling which caused me to ask whether or not this would be a hit piece.    Barack Obama, who pledged to veto the National Defense Authorization Act has signed it. Of course his promise was only for public consumption. After all lying to the People is what Obama does. It was the Obama administration all along that demanded the indefinite detention provisions be added while at the same time telling the America People he was fighting to protect their rights..
  And the court? There's that standing crap again and the court clearly hasn't read the act. Hell, it wouldn't surprise me if that judge was just moved onto the Supreme Court short list..
  ABC is no right-wing organization and its headline about the signing states: "With reservations, Obama signs act to allow detention of citizens.".
  So, does the NDAA permit the detention of American citizens, or not?.
  It does, and it doesn't. It depends on one's interpretation -- on what the meaning of is, is.
You decide.   The bottom line is, if Team Obama says you are a "potential terrorist," you are, and they can "indefinitely detain" you.   By the way, did you know that the NDAA repeals the Posse Comitatus Act.

by Stephen Frank on 01/13/2014        For possibly the first time a United Nations sponsored Agenda 21 project, approved by a Leftist city Council has been stopped.  The radicals running Los Angeles—14 of the 15 council members are union backed and owned Democrats—approved a plan to create a massive project in Hollywood that would have at least doubled the density of the community.  The power brokers, the special interests and the unions loved it—the people of Hollywood realized this would make Manhattan look sparse if built.      This proves it is possible to continue fighting Agenda 21 and you can win.  What did the judge say about the population numbers presented by regional government in government of this project?  “All this despite the fact that, according to the census, Hollywood’s population over the past decade has actually declined, from 213,000 in 1990 to 198,000 today. Not one to mince words, Judge Goodman described SCAG’s estimates as “entirely discredited.”      “The recent decision by Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Allan J. Goodman to reject as “fatally flawed” the densification plans for downtown Hollywood could shake the foundations of California’s “smart growth” planning clerisy. By dismissing Los Angeles’ Hollywood plan, the judge also assaulted the logic behind plans throughout the region to construct substantial high-rise development in “transit-oriented developments” adjacent to rail stations.      In particular, the judge excoriated the buoyant population-growth projections used to justify the plan, a rationalization for major densification elsewhere in the state. by Stephen Frank on 01/13/2014        California should be proud.  Our Senator, Barbara Boxer made it clear, she prefers illegal aliens over American military.  The GOP presented a bill to reinstate full pensions to disabled Military.  They would pay for if by ending tax refunds to illegal aliens.  This should be illegal in the first place—you do not give tax dollars to criminals.  They are in the country illegally and violate numerous laws EACH day.     Worse, the tax refund was so illegal aliens would have honest Americans PAY for their children!      Senate Democrats on Thursday blocked a Republican attempt to restore military pensions cut in last month’s budget deal, denying a vote that would save up to $20 billion by closing a loophole that allows tax refunds to go to illegal aliens.      Sen. Barbara Boxer (D., Calif.) called an effort by Sen. Kelly Ayotte (R., N.H.) to repeal the military retiree cuts “fiddling while Rome burns.”      Among them was Ayotte’s measure, which would repeal cuts to military pensions by ending a loophole in the tax code that allows illegal immigrants to receive the Additional Child Tax Credit. Her attempt to get a vote failed 42-54, with only one Democrat, Sen. Joe Manchin (W.Va.), voting with Republicans.”
