The Hill reports: "A Senate Democratic aide said House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) and Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) would take the lead on the trickiest element... legislation to legalize an estimated 11 million illegal residents. 'The path will likely be a legalization bill that offers a path to citizenship through existing channels,' said the aide." [Emphasis Ours]

But Don't Just Take The Word Of An Unnamed Democratic Aide For It.
While they're trying to keep plans to legalize 11-12 million illegal aliens under wraps, recent statements from GOP leaders clearly indicate that they are already on-board with the Boehner Amnesty betrayal.
As a matter of fact, House Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy, just told a local California radio station: "The principles aren't written yet, but in my personal belief, I think it'll go with legal status." [Emphasis Ours]
And left-wing ThinkProgress reports: "During a House floor exchange with House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer (D-MD) on Friday morning, [House Majority Leader Eric] Cantor said that 'immigration reform could be an economic boon to this country,' particularly voicing support for a measure that would likely grant legal status for undocumented immigrants...." [Emphasis Ours]
But the fix is not in... not yet... TheBlaze is reporting that "a group of conservative lawmakers will challenge House leadership" at this closed-door meeting

Betrayal Was Always The Name Of The Game.
We don't need to remind you that John Boehner had repeatedly stated for months, without equivocation, that the Senate's "Gang of Eight" Amnesty bill was dead on arrival in the House.
Only two months ago, back in November, The Hill reported: "For months, the Speaker has vowed that the House would neither take up the Senate Gang of Eight bill nor consider a similar 'comprehensive' piece of immigration legislation."
Boehner even stated: "The idea that we're going to take up a 1,300-page bill that no one had ever read, which is what the Senate did, is not going to happen in the House. And frankly, I'll make clear we have no intention of ever going to conference on the Senate bill."
But Boehner & Co. isn't simply caving-in to political pressure. Circumstances would seem to indicate that a disgusting betrayal has been in the works for a long time.
According
to TheBlaze, Republican leaders in the House "have all been working with Boehner behind closed doors on the principles
SINCE LAST YEAR..."

And Erick Erickson with RedState
even went so far as to say that Boehner was simply keeping his powder
dry to ward off potential primary challengers from running against
Republican incumbents:
"The threat of primary challenges well passed,
they'll get their amnesty deal done. ... Republicans are so convinced
you will turn out and vote for them in 2014 to spite Obama, they are
perfectly happy to screw you over in this fight knowing how cheap a date
the conservative movement has become."
At the same time, Breitbart reported: "A
new report from the Texas-based Quorum Report, published by longtime
Texas journalist Harvey Kronberg, says that House Speaker John Boehner
plans to push amnesty legislation through the House, after the primary
filing deadline for candidates. The move would prevent Tea Party from
challenging GOP lawmakers who support amnesty in 2014."
But if you're feeling discouraged... don't let the scheming betrayals get you down. If Erickson and others are right - and we believe that these assessments are is correct - keep in mind that Boehner and Republican leaders only kept their powder dry BECAUSE THEY FEAR YOUR WRATH.
And make no mistake, at this very moment, Republican leaders are only moving forward because they're UNDER THE FALSE IMPRESSION THAT PATRIOTIC AMERICANS LIKE YOU YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON.
That's why we must disabuse them of their delusional notions, right here and right now. They may believe that the fix is in, but the righteous outrage of patriotic Americans will thwart their plans to grant Amnesty to 11-12 million illegal aliens.

The Amnesty Plot Unfolds.
The sad truth is that radical organizations on the far-left and business interests with very deep pockets (in search of the elusive holy grail of so-called cheap labor) formed an unholy alliance some time back and have been plotting an Amnesty putsch for months.
And even though patriotic Americans were being lulled into falling asleep at the wheel, Washington insiders knew that a plot was afoot months ago.
Back In November, the liberal
Washington Post actually let the cat out of the bag and spoke of what was yet to come:
"[I]mmigration
reform advocates hoping to jump-start debate on Capitol Hill are
planning to target a handful of Republican lawmakers... Organizers said
the goal of the campaign is to pressure the lawmakers... to permit votes
on a series of immigration bills...."
Business interests started working their magic as well. According to a report published by
Breitbart in November: "Scott
Braddock [with the Quorum Report] reported on Tuesday that 'in recent
weeks various Texas business interests have told Quorum Report that
Boehner has been telling them that he will start holding immigration
votes" early in 2014.'"
And around the same time, Boehner shocked Washington insiders by hiring
Rebecca Tallent - a woman Mark Krikorian, head of the Center for
Immigration Studies, called a
"professional amnesty advocate" - to spearhead
"immigration reform" efforts in the House of Representatives.
All the pieces of the puzzle are coming together and intelligent individuals can only ponder whether we're witnessing a coordinated attack or a perfect storm? And to be totally frank, it really doesn't matter because the putsch has started and the hammer is coming down right now.
But while we're on the subject of Rebecca Tallent, understand that she is more than just a "professional amnesty advocate." Tallent is, in fact, one of the architects of the failed Kennedy-McCain Amnesty push that patriotic Americans like you stopped years ago.
Daniel Horowitz with RedState summed up the significance of Boehner hiring Tallent as follows: "Let this seep in for a moment. The most important immigration policy staffer on the Republican side not only shares the views of the opposition, but actually worked to craft the very legislation they seek to pass as Obama's crowning achievement."
To summarize, the key legislators are targeted, the business interests have made their play and the star-player for Team-Amnesty is calling the plays. The plot has come to fruition and our time to act is running out.
U.S. Chamber of Commerce President Tom Donohue made no bones about the timing during his recent 2014 State of American Business address: "We're determined to make 2014 the year that immigration reform [Amnesty] is finally enacted. The chamber will pull out all the stops – through grassroots lobbying, communications, politics, and partnerships with unions, faith organization, law enforcement and other – to get it done."
The time is now and proponents of Amnesty are, in fact, pulling out all the stops at this very moment, and the only weapon at the disposal of everyday Americans like you and me to counter them is a massive public outcry.
