Dear Patriot,
They are selling us up the
river and lying to us in the process. Congress wants to act like they
are doing a fabulous job with this 'bi-partisan budget deal', but what
they are ultimately doing is lying to themselves, to us, and screwing
us, the American taxpayer, in the process. Do not continue to stand for
this nonsense! Tell them NO NEW TAXES!
This new budget deal is being praised by some members of Congress,
including the two leaders in charge of authoring it, Republican Paul
Ryan and Democrat Patty Murray, for cutting $28 billion in spending over
TEN years. That's right, you read that correctly. TEN YEARS! The
national debt is $17 trillion with an estimated $90 trillion in unfunded
liabilities. Yet, we're supposed to rejoice and pat them on the back
for cutting $28 billion over 10 years? Who are they kidding? Not us!
A lot of the specifics have not yet come out. We are expecting that this
morning. But, there are two parts of this document that stand out to
me. In all likelihood, both of these will make you as livid as they did
me.
1.) Ryan and Murray touted success in making federal employees more
accountable to their own retirement. In fact, on the Mark Levin Show,
Ryan exclaimed that federal employees were going to have to take greater
responsibility for their retirement. He even talked about how they
often have better retirement than private citizens who are forced to
fund federal employees' retirement. Sounds good, huh? Well, the reality
is, this increase in their responsibility is a whopping 1.3% increase.
That is not news, Mr. Ryan, and not quite good enough!
2. Many veterans of our military, those who risk their lives every day
for our protection and freedom, will see their cost of living adjustment
decrease. Working age military retirees will see their cost of living
based upon inflation decrease by 1%. So, that's how they want to repay
those who risk their lives for us? While Congress is getting 73% of
their gold plan Obamacare benefits paid by the American taxpayer, they
are cutting the benefits of veterans. Unbelievable!
We'll know more tomorrow, so be on the lookout on our

sign and share our petition demanding NO NEW TAXES!
You have the opportunity to write a personalized message along with the
petition to your representative and senator as you tell them to stand
FOR the American taxpayer and the financial solvency of this country. We
cannot continue along this destructive economic path!
