approval rating has crashed to the lowest level of his presidency as the

insurance plans continues. A record 57 percent of Americans disapprove
of the job he’s doing.

According to a CBS News poll
released Wednesday, 37 percent say they approve of how Obama is doing
his job and his approval dropped nine points, from 46 percent in October.
Meanwhile, just 49 percent believe Obama is honest and trustworthy —

Becket Fund for Religious Liberty today filed a lawsuit on behalf of Belmont
Abbey College against the Obama administration, citing the HHS mandate requiring
the college to provide insurance coverage including contraception, sterilization,
and abortion-inducing drugs.
CollegeBelmont Abbey College was
the first institution to sue the Obama administration over the HHS mandate
in 2011. The judge dismissed the original case citing the administration’s
unfulfilled promise to amend the regulations to allow for faith-based exemptions,
