You see, in just 3 days, my team and I here at the Center for American Liberty will be heading to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to argue our landmark case to reopen schools – Brach v. Newsom.
For almost an entire year, Governor Gavin Newsom has denied millions of students in California the right to a basic education.
