Your help is needed right away!
You see, in just 3 days, my team and I here at the Center for American Liberty will be heading to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to argue our landmark case to reopen schools – Brach v. Newsom.
For almost an entire year, Governor Gavin Newsom has denied millions of students in California the right to a basic education.
It has negatively affected their educational, social, and emotional development…
And it is most severely hurting kids with special needs, kids learning English as a second language, and kids living below the poverty line without access to the technology necessary for distance education.
Now, we have a chance stand up to Governor Newsom and help millions of kids by re-opening our public and private schools once and for all.
But it all depends on what we do right now.
I’m not going to lie; the fight ahead isn’t easy.
We are going up against the State of California and its virtually limitless funding.
But I know you are not afraid of the fight either, regardless of the Goliath we face.
Our message at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals will be clear – All kids have the right to a basic education, regardless their zip code.
I’ll get right to it.
With court fees and legal preparation, we need to raise another $50,000.
And as you probably know, the Center for American Liberty is a non-profit organization – meaning that all the money we raise to defend the civil and religious liberties of Americans comes from generous, patriotic folks like you.
Which is why I’m urgently asking you to send just $35, $50, $100 or more right away.
Pastor Lee S, this is a lawsuit we cannot afford to lose.
Time and again, Governor Gavin Newsom has proven that he will do anything he can to keep his “emergency” control over every aspect of our lives.
Even going so far as to argue that our children do not have a basic right to an education – even though the California Constitution EXPRESSLY states that they do!
The only way our children will re-gain their right to a basic, quality, in-person education is if we win this lawsuit.
And it starts with this critical hearing at the 9th Circuit this upcoming Tuesday.
Please don’t wait. Our children’s future is on the line.
