AGENDA 21 IS A METHOD OF STARVATION

This author is on the right track, but fails to mention that the galloping inflation caused by the Fed and the compliant government has already reduced millions of middle class Americans to poverty and have taken a major toll on food purchases. Just look at the gas prices since 2008. But the worst is yet to come. The worst effects of the QEs have been kept under wraps so far. When these unbacked dollars (trillions so far but now set at a steady 40 billion per month for an indefinite period) develop their full inflationary effect, the results will be disastrous.

Free trade agreements with Third World nations have a similar effect on the poor and middle class here. A few years ago, the day after such an agreement was signed with the EU, the prices of many seafood items doubled here in Panama. And another FTA with the US is wreaking havoc with local famers who now must compete with farmers in the US using superior farming techniques. Next in the pipeline: beef. Yet the media invariably portrays free trade agreements as a win-win for all concerned.

Agenda 21 is having its way with us all.

MICHIGAN - HHS MANDATE SUSTAINS A LOSS IN FEDERAL COURT

Federal Judge Grants Preliminary Injunction Halting Enforcement of the HHS Mandate Against Michigan Corporation and Its Owner  ANN ARBOR, MI – Federal District Court Judge Robert H. Cleland of the Eastern District of Michigan, issued an opinion yesterday evening granting a motion for Preliminary Injunction that effectively halts enforcement of the HHS mandate against Plaintiffs Weingartz Supply Company and its owner and president, Daniel Weingartz. The motion was brought by the Thomas More Law Center (TMLC), a national public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Erin Mersino, TMLC’s lead counsel on the case who presented the oral argument in support of Plaintiffs, commented,   "The federal court has found that our clients have a likelihood of success and would be irreparably harmed by the unconstitutional overreaching of the HHS mandate.  This is not only a victory for our clients, but for religious freedom."

Errors spark conspiracy theories as election day approaches

MARION — Sophie Rogers, director of the Marion County Board of Elections, said the incident involving an errant vote has been settled.   “We have to assure the members of Marion County that there is nothing wrong with the election,” she said Wednesday.                             An article in The Marion Star pointing out a problem an early voter had getting her vote to register properly sparked national attention. As numerous people have called and emailed The Star, including readers from Florida, Oregon, Texas and New York, this does not appear to be an isolated incident.      LINK

On Wednesday morning, I published the following:

“In what has been characterized as “vendetta politics,” the teachers union yesterday blockedthe Clark County School District from bidding for a $40 million federal grant in a hissy fit over salary negotiations – proof positive that the union doesn’t give a damn about the 41,000 students in Clark County schools, only their own greedy dues-paying members. I think it’s about time for someone to declare war on the teachers union here, don’t you, Governor?”

Just a few hours later, Gov. Brian Sandoval’s office issued the following statement:

“I am deeply disappointed the leadership of the Clark County Education Association decided to block the Clark County School District’s application for $40 million in federal funds through the Race to the Top grant. … In a conversation with U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan today, he advised me that the deadline for Race to the Top grant applications has been extended until this Friday, November 2, at 1:30pm PT.  It is important we take advantage of every opportunity to provide much-needed relief to our schools and our children and I urge the Clark County Education Association to reconsider its position and work with the School District on Clark County’s application.  If necessary, I will personally meet with CCEA and the School District to get this done for our children.”

Not exactly a declaration of war, but better than nothing.

LOCKHEED MARTIN TO LAYOFF 123,000

Lockheed Martin is going to lay off 123,000 defense workers due to Obama's downsizing of the military. This hit the Drudge report yesterday. This is true!

The law requires Lockheed to give 60-day notice to all to-be-fired employees within 60 days. That drop dead date would be November 1st. Since this would be bad for the election, Obama has promised that our government would cover all Lockheed severance packages to fired employees if Lockheed would not release the names and locations of those losing their jobs until after the election!

Obama's treason

 

The treason of Obama is not a simple matter.  There is only one law governing treason, and it is established in the US Constitution.  It requires the aiding and abetting of our enemies at time of war, and a high level of proof. 

Obama’s treason has to do with arming Al Qaeda and other groups on the US Terrorist List, with arms that will ultimately be used against Americans, as they were in Libya.  Obama’s loyalty is not to America; it is to the Muslim Brotherhood and the recreation of the Caliphate under Ottoman control (Turkey). 

I have taken a great risk in publishing an accusation of treason before the election – a risk that puts my whole family at risk.  I have published the book Prime Crimes – Treason in Libya to document the charge that Obama is working on behalf of the Muslim Brotherhood and not the United States, and that the murder of Stevens was where the rubber met the road – an American Ambassador became expendable to the agenda of the Brotherhood.
