This author is on the right track, but fails to mention that the galloping inflation caused by the Fed and the compliant government has already reduced millions of middle class Americans to poverty and have taken a major toll on food purchases. Just look at the gas prices since 2008. But the worst is yet to come. The worst effects of the QEs have been kept under wraps so far. When these unbacked dollars (trillions so far but now set at a steady 40 billion per month for an indefinite period) develop their full inflationary effect, the results will be disastrous.
Free trade agreements with Third World nations have a similar effect on the poor and middle class here. A few years ago, the day after such an agreement was signed with the EU, the prices of many seafood items doubled here in Panama. And another FTA with the US is wreaking havoc with local famers who now must compete with farmers in the US using superior farming techniques. Next in the pipeline: beef. Yet the media invariably portrays free trade agreements as a win-win for all concerned.
Agenda 21 is having its way with us all.
