July 15, 2011, 8:37 amLast September, I wrote a column in the Washington Post asking how al Qaeda would mark the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. I noted that a dangerous view was then taking hold in Washington that al Qaeda no longer has the intent or capability to repeat the devastation of that terrible day, and cited as an example Vice President Biden’s statement that “the idea of there being a massive attack in the United States like 9/11 is unlikely, in my view.”

Thinking about this just this morning in greater depth I think I have a greater insight to the bizarre nature of this deception. And a great deception it is. We have all been bamboozled. In an effort to provide some clarification let me expand on the following.
If we the people are the only source of authorization of a government (Federalist #49 - information provided courtesy of Patriot James Seigfreid) and de facto was created without our consent then it is not lawfully installed. Therefore all actions initiated by the de facto are unlawful and without authority. They are null and void.
They only seem to be lawful due to a deception perpetrated by the members of the de facto government. To assume things are legitimate because the citizens did not reject the actions is just plain nonsense. This is the premise Obama has taken and by Congress failing to restrain him, he claims his right to persist. Al Capone dressed in a tux is still Al Capone...a criminal!

The moment before a soldier takes his oath, he is a civilian. The moment after the oath is administered, the individual is a soldier, even before they attend boot camp.
Likewise, the trigger point of what is a "legitimate president" is the oath of office. Yes, Obama was an illegal candidate and an illegal president-elect. But then he was issued the oath of office and he sits in the Oval Office as the acting president of the United States. The oath is the trigger for official capacity.
A sitting president has constitutional immunity from criminal or civil prosecution and for good reason, even though this protection is damaging to the republic concerning the Obama regime, essentially protecting the enemy within.

Excerpt: The Shuttle is now history. There is no near-term replacement. Mars is off the table. The NASA team that kept the U.S. in the game is being dispersed, with a small remnant retained for work on the Orion project, scheduled to fly by 2016, though we'll see inevitable "slips" from year to year. A favored liberal method of shutting down anything they are opposed to is the "replacement" technique. They insist on replacing the program in question with an alternative that is nowhere near as good but which mollifies the opposition. Then, once a little time has passed, they shut down the replacement while ridiculing opponents for trying to put over something so second-rate and useless. We saw this most recently with the F-22 v. F-35 debate. F-22 Raptor production was shut down on the grounds that the F-35 would act as a "replacement." Now, several years on, we're hearing that the F-35 is simply "not good enough." One of Panetta's first moves in the Department of Defense will be an attempt to shut it down. (For some reason, both the Republican Party and the conservative establishment have found it very difficult to wrap their collective minds around this process. The libs pull it time and again, and each time it comes as a surprise. I'm not sure why -- it doesn't strike me as being particularly complex.) (Fairness compels me to point out that while Obama is no supporter of manned space, the slow process of abandoning space began with the Congress (with help from both parties) back in the 80s, and has continued to this day. Then, the opposers condemned "the immorality" of the Strategic Defense Initiative [known to the MSM as "Star Wars"], as though there was something inherently evil about being able to protect ourselves with weapons that had no offensive function. It was largely the SDI program that bankrupted the USSR, and having vanquished its first foe without even being completed, doves in Congress made sure SDI never got finished. Surely no other country would ever possess an ICBM or IRBM capable of being armed with a nuclear warhead (except Iran, North Korea, China, Russia, India, Pakistan, and a few not-terribly-dependable allies). Thousands of years have taught us an important lesson in military history: hold the high ground. If nothing else, the rocks you throw will be going faster and hurt more when they hit if you start out higher than your opponent. If you need a pleasant lesson on this, see "The Moon is a Harsh Mistress" by Robert A. Heinlein. Space is the ultimate high ground, and we are abandoning it, at least for the next four to five years. Think about how much computers have changed in the past five years. Do you really want to give up that much edge in space? Ron P.)
