No Obama! Not just because you say so! |
Thinking about this just this morning in greater depth I think I have a greater insight to the bizarre nature of this deception. And a great deception it is. We have all been bamboozled. In an effort to provide some clarification let me expand on the following.
If we the people are the only source of authorization of a government (Federalist #49 - information provided courtesy of Patriot James Seigfreid) and de facto was created without our consent then it is not lawfully installed. Therefore all actions initiated by the de facto are unlawful and without authority. They are null and void.
They only seem to be lawful due to a deception perpetrated by the members of the de facto government. To assume things are legitimate because the citizens did not reject the actions is just plain nonsense. This is the premise Obama has taken and by Congress failing to restrain him, he claims his right to persist. Al Capone dressed in a tux is still Al Capone...a criminal!
