You do not have to go to Detroit to see this Dallas and
Houston has areas just like this we lived in Dallas for 2 years they had a new
housing complex by the time we left there it was a ghetto, window screens off,
furniture in the yard ,junk cars torn down and in the yards it was a disgrace
then. I can imagine what it is now.
