Television networks can claim that the online videos are in violation of copyright laws under the "Fair Use Doctrine." Right in time for the 2012 elections, the liberals have introduced a bill to make it easier for networks to pull conservative election ads. The Stop Online Privacy Act would gag conservative voices and block the republicans from running a large amount of election ads.

Thankfully, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) has introduced a bill to stop this violation of free speech dead in its tracks. The Online Protection & Enforcement of Digital Trade Act would prevent the dems from blocking conservative ads and websites that they claim are in violation of the "Fair Use Doctrine."
