Impending Martial Law: Defense ‘Indefinite Detention’ Compromise Bill Released 
Regardless of the amount of clamor raised against the unconstitutional Department of Defense bill — passed by the Senate on December 1 — the chambers of Congress released a largely unchanged compromise version last night. The compromise version still provides the Executive Branch powers to detain Americans indefinitely without due process. Simply put: If passed, the bill as it currently stands will deliver a devastating blow to Constitutional liberty and the respect for natural rights.
