The final stage for approval of the Keystone XL pipeline has begun and their verdict will decide whether the 1700-mile pipeline will deliver oil from Canada, through Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas to refiners in Oklahoma and Texas. Creating tens of thousands of construction and manufacturing jobs, the Keystone pipeline will spur economic growth throughout the region.
