Res. 36 is a Joint Resolution of Disapproval that would prevent implementation of the NLRB's "ambush" election rules that sparked a record-breaking outcry from Americans like you last year.Over 65,000 comments poured into the NLRB last year -- the vast majority against the proposed rules -- but the former union lawyers on the NLRB were desperate to ram through the rules anyway.The final rule is set to take effect on April 30 -- so time is running out!
