In January, I wrote that in coming months there will be a virtual avalanche of new regulations, guidelines, bureaucrats, fees, and taxes imposed on every American business and individual to support the expensive, growing reality of ObamaCare’s implementation. A few days ago, courtesy of Senator Mitch McConnell’s office, I shared a picture of the towering stack of 20,000 pages of new regulations imposed by ObamaCare on healthcare insurance providers, agencies, and professionals.
Now, according to an exhaustive study conducted by three congressional committees, including the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, it turns out that those regulations will have catastrophic effects on insurance premiums.
One estimate shows a staggering 203 percent increase in premiums to support the ponderous new law!
