The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops has finally awakened to the dangers of ObamaCare, and is demanding a Conscience Protection clause to defend pro-lifers from a government seemingly intent upon coercing people of conscience to all manner of evil.

Under ObamaCare, Americans of faith are being compelled to financially support and even distribute not only contraception but also instant abortion drugs like "Ella," "RU-486" and the "Morning After Pill." Refusal to comply would force pro-lifers to choose between upholding their faith or breaking the law.
