GUNS FROM ‘FAST AND FURIOUS’ FOUND AT MEXICO CRIME SCENES
 

At least 122 firearms from the botched U.S. undercover operation ‘Fast and Furious’ were found at crime scenes in Mexico caught going to the drug cartels in 48 separate instances.

AK-47 assault rifles, powerful .50 caliber rifles and other weapons were among those found at several crime scenes, including at the scene of the murder of a U.S. Border Patrol Agent in Arizona.

Of the 2,000 weapons sold to suspected gun traffickers, nearly half remain unaccounted for as they were never traced after they left the initial buyer.
