Navy veteran Darren Huff's trial ran from 18 - 25 October 2011 in Knoxville, Tennessee.

The names of the thirty (30) citizen supporters who were on the ground in Madisonville, TN on Tuesday morning, 20 April 2010 is known.

The names of the three (3) news reporters on the ground in Madisonville, TN on Tuesday morning, 20 April 2010 is known.

None of these known thirty-three (33) names appears on the Witness & Exhibits list. No a single one! LINK

None of these 33 people was carrying a gun in Madisonville on 20 April 2010.

Voluntarily I drove to the FBI office in Knoxville on 8 April 2010 in an attempt to report the massive corruption in Monroe County.

Unannounced, without appointment, cold call on the duty agent that day named WHITEHOUSE (former Navy helicopter pilot).

We spoke for less than an hour between 1100 and 1200 hours EDT.

I was unaware at the time that William Littell Bryan and members of his FOGBOW GANG were calling law enforcement officials describing me as the leader of a "militia group" of "domestic terrorists" planning an assault on Madisonville, Tennessee on 20 April 2010.

REPEATING FOR EMPHASIS: I WENT TO THE FBI!

FEDERAL CRIMINALITY AT WORK

Federal Bureau of Investigation agents placed Mr. Darren Wesley Huff under arrest on Friday, 30 April 2010 based solely upon the sworn affidavit of FBI Special Agent Mark A. Van Balen dated the previous Monday, 26 April 2010 (attached as a .pdf record). 

The federal arrest warrant secured and executed in Mr. Huff's case was the work product of Van Balen's sworn affidavit only.

Van Balen claims in his sworn statement (beginning on page 4) that "on April 20, 2010, [Van Balen] was present in a Command Post in Madisonville, TN, where [Van Balen] was informed by law enforcement officers who were reporting that Huff and several individuals were in the possession of openly displayed and concealed firearms and were at the time present [with Mr. Huff] outside the [Madisonville] County General Sessions Court located in the Beecher Witt Government Building."
