WND has done an excellent job of doggedly investigating the authenticity of Obama's purported birth certificate.
Meanwhile, some people may have seemed fanatical in their insistence on challenging Obama on this, and their seeming fanaticism may have led people to abandon this topic and to assume that only a bunch of nuts would dedicate themselves to it. After all, they think, what does it matter if the president's father was not a US citizen? Isn't that just a minor technicality?
