10th Circuit Court: Corporations can be "persons" [ So what about unborn human beings !!!??? ]

The dictionary defines a "person" first as, "a human being".  Medical science
has determined a unique individual human life is in existence at fertilization.

If corporations can be recognized by the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals as
"persons" with religious beliefs, then why can't human beings be recognized
as "persons" from the moment of fertilization with the God-given, unalienable
right to life !!!???
