Victory is sweet. We're overjoyed to report that on Monday night, key leaders in the House and the Senate stripped the repeal of Article 125 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice from the Defense Authorization Bill and thereby prohibited bestiality from becoming a legal activity in the Armed Forces.
Moreover, additional provisions were added to protect the right of Chaplains not to perform so-called "same-sex marriage" ceremonies and ensure that the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) will remain the law of the land in the military, as it already is in the civilian world.
Words cannot express our thanks to all of you who sent Blast Faxes and made phone calls to our leaders in Congress. Your actions truly made a big difference.
