Sidney Powell Vindicated

ConservativeHQ

By George Rasley, CHQ Editor

On February 22, 2023 Judge Andrea Bouressa, of Collin County District Court, applied settled law and held that the Bar had no evidence as a matter of law that Powell violated any rule in her four election fraud cases. You can download Judge Bouressa’s order granting summary judgement to Ms. Powell through this article, and we urge CHQ readers to do so to learn just how meritless and incompetently drawn the Bar Association’s complaint against Sidney Powell was.

Diana West: We Are a Nation of Spies, They Think

ConservativeHQ

By Diana West, Guest Columnist

If we still believed what they told us, taught us, ordered us to live by and fight for, this headline would be unbelievable: "USMC recruit discharged, harassed, and barred from service after refusing to become an FBI informant for $250,000." I hope former Marine Private Paul Kaltenbach realizes that while the feds may have taken away his career, they didn't take away his integrity, and that, after all, is what they came looking for. We must all be steeled by his example. Go here to contribute to former Private Paul Kaltenbach’s Give Send Go legal defense fund.

The Right Resistance: Donald Trump can’t afford to burn the bridges behind him in 2024

By Jeffrey A. Rendall
The fact that Ron DeSantis governs as a conservative and still gets along with card carrying members of the establishment doesn’t mean he’s indelibly linked to the elites. DeSantis’s humble background and impressive career record precludes easy definition and labeling. Trump should be careful in his campaign tactics – they may come back to haunt him.

Is The 2016 Trump Back? Trump’s Visit To East Palestine Toxic Chemical Spill Site

By George Rasley, CHQ Editor
"To the people of East Palestine and to the nearby communities in Ohio and Pennsylvania, we have heard you loud and clear... You are not forgotten. We stand with you," said ” Mr. Trump, wearing his signature “Make America Great Again” hat, during brief remarks at the local fire department. Yup, the 2016 Trump was back on Wednesday, and even CNN had to admit “Trump’s visit to Ohio derailment scene poses risk for Biden.”

Rasmussen: Even Nikki Haley Beats Biden

By CHQ Staff
45% of Likely U.S. Voters would vote for Haley and 41% would vote for Biden. Ten percent (10%) say they’d vote for some other candidate. Breaking down the electorate by income categories, in a 2024 contest between Haley and Biden, Haley would do best among voters with incomes between $50,000 and $100,000. Demonstrating once again that Democrats have become the party of the wealthy elite, Biden scores highest among those with incomes of $200,000 or more.

The Right Resistance: Can’t we just send Joe Biden and the Democrats to Ukraine permanently?

By Jeffrey A. Rendall
The headline from senile Joe Biden’s strange day-trip to Ukraine should’ve read: “Ill-advised surprise presidential visit to Ukraine to cost Democrats the White House and Senate in 2024”. The politically tone-deaf liberal party won’t be able to manufacture enough mail-in votes to steal the results in 2024. Or at least we can hope so.

Today's Headlines:
Media Demands Darkness, Not Sunlight, on January 6 Tapes

Julie Kelly, American Greatness

Darkness, it appears, is not a threat to democracy if it pertains to a blackout of taxpayer-paid recordings that might bare the biggest political scandal in U.S. history. What we are hearing from the media industrial complex is fear, not concern. Either ignorant about the underlying facts of January 6 or fully aware of the dirty side until now shielded from the majority of the public, the news media is afraid of what Carlson will reveal.

Snowflake Rebellion at Project Veritas Leads to James O'Keefe Departure

J. Christian Adams, PJ Media

The Project Veritas snowflakes need to understand James built what he built for free. He did it without being paid, without worrying about team support, workplace wellness, or affirmation. In the end, the reason Project Veritas exists is because of the dreams, work, and risk taking of James O’Keefe. He will rise again because he is an innovator, a pioneer, a patriot. The organization, and all the snowflakes, will eventually melt away.

How Ron DeSantis is leveraging ‘Biden’s border crisis’ ahead of likely 2024 White House bid

Susan Ferrechio, The Washington Times

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, on the verge of a 2024 presidential campaign, announced last week the state’s most ambitious proposal yet to combat illegal immigration. The proposal, if passed by the state Legislature, would boost Mr. DeSantis’ credentials on border security ahead of a potential presidential campaign, strengthening his position against both President Joe Biden and top GOP primary opponent, former President Donald Trump.

Kohrs Light: Spellbinding Grand Juror Interviews Cast Hex on Trump Prosecution
Daniel J. Flynn, The American Spectator

One could imagine Kohrs as kind, sweet, childlike, and imbuing a room with positive energy. Conceiving a pool of people so benighted that a judge or fellow jurors decided to select her as the foreman requires imagination. It also indicts the indictments should they come. Kohrs explained, “There are no major plot twists waiting for you.” For those expecting prosecution of the former president unencumbered by Kohrs’ 15 Minutes, twists await.

Vivek Ramaswamy Could Get Traction, Thinks WHO Deal ‘Bad’
Roger L. Simon, The Epoch Times

Vivek Ramaswamy’s new candidacy will be an interesting test of America's true beliefs. Coming more or less out of nowhere, it’s a bold move to run for the presidency. But judging from the media interest, including the predictably snide responses from The New York Times, Politico, and others as if their reporters were anywhere near as accomplished, something, as they say, is happening here. And as they also say, “it ain’t exactly clear.”

Rep. Jordan: ‘We Have to Be Willing to Fight’ to Secure Border, Because ‘Biden Is Not Going to Just Suddenly See the Light’
Craig Millward, CNS News
“It’s a shame that not one Democrat member of Congress would join us on this trip, despite having weeks of advanced notice. It’s disappointing but not surprising. In fact, Democrats have called this a stunt. I would argue it’s not a stunt... my guess is our witnesses would not call it a stunt. What we’ve learned today from them, what we’ve seen last night on the border, but it’s disappointing they’re not here,” Rep. Jim Jordan said on Fox.
