Senator Rubio Sworn into 118th Congress

  • Senator Rubio made history when he was sworn into the 118th Congress, becoming the first three-term Republican senator from Florida.  

Rubio Reveals Plan for Third Term 

  • The same day, Senator Rubio published an op-ed on The American Conservative outlining his plan for American renewal.  

Rubio on End of Venezuelan Interim Government

  • Following the vote to dissolve the Venezuelan interim government, Senator Rubio released a statement reiterating the need for supervised elections and the release of all political prisoners in Venezuela. 

Letters

  • Senator Rubio wrote a letter to U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro May­­orkas expressing his concerns over the mass migration event occurring in the Florida Keys.
