Click here to read the full case filing with exhibits Either Maricopa used computers that wrongly influenced humans - or - humans tried to accurately verify all 1.3 million early ballots by themselves, which doesn't seem plausible to do in the time allotted. So Mohave County voters have questions. As do, frankly, people around the country watching this election. This suit hopes to encourage Maricopa to provide answers, hold any responsible parties accountable, and rely upon Arizona state law to provide the appropriate remedy.

The County Supervisors of Mohave County, along with State Senator Sonny Borrelli who has been involved with the heinous voter fraud investigation from day one, have been joined and encouraged by citizens across Mohave County to pursue this action. Quite a testimony to have citizens join with elected officials to promote the greater good. Even much more so to have elected officials encourage and welcome citizens to join them in fighting an uphill battle against an establishment that does not want to look into the matter, and are doing all they can invent to keep such from happening. We are sincerely in a battle to maintain the unique gift given to us by our founders…the gift of voting to elect whom We The People choose to represent us. The system as it now stands is not only flawed, but severely compromised. Congratulations Mohave County, Senator Borrelli for not surrendering to forces of darkness who prefer you simply go away. Even with months of hard and truly diligent work to collect mountains of actual evidence, not mere hypothesis, there are a significant number of public officials in both political parties, who choose not to look at the evidence, or even want to get to the bottom of all the question and concerns, but will spend incredible energy, time and money to place road blocks along the path of learning the truth. |
