Read more here . On Tuesday, I introduced the No Tax Breaks for Radical Corporate Activism Act . The bill would prohibit employers from deducting expenses related to their employees’ abortion travel costs or so-called “gender affirming care” for employees’ children. Read more here . On Tuesday, I introduced the Taiwan Peace Through Strength Act . The bill would increase the level of critical technologies provided to Taiwan by fast-tracking the transfer of capabilities and increasing joint training and planning. Read more here . On Wednesday, I introduced the Protecting American Food Producers from Russia’s Market Distortions Act . The bill would prohibit the importation of Russian agricultural products, raw materials, and food until certain conditions are met. Read more here . On Wednesday, I led my colleagues in introducing the Preventing PLA Acquisition of United States Technology Act of 2022 . The bill would prevent any federally funded U.S. research from being shared or conducted jointly with Chinese entities that participate in the Chinese Communist Party’s Military Civil-Fusion strategy.
