Hi All,

I believe victory is possible over some, most, or all of California's current medical tyranny bills, plus the infanticide bill, on the floor of the State Assembly.

As you know, SaveCalifornia.com has been fighting very hard against these hellish bills. But it's going to take a final flood of opposition phone calls. So, before I ask you to participate, here's why I believe we can win:

1, Last year's Covid tyranny bills died in the Assembly without a vote being taken
2. The supporters of this year's Covid tyranny bills aren't very strong
3. Most of this year's Covid tyranny bills have already been defeated
4. This "election month," Californians are deciding who to vote for and against
5. This year, we have a bigger "army" of "vaccine choice" and "anti vax" Californians

If you agree with these facts, then you're encouraged -- but still might ask, how we can win in a Democrat-controlled Legislature?

Good question! We're targeting the lower house, the 80-member State Assembly. Even though dominated by Democrats, the 3 bad bills we're targeting -- AB 2098AB 1797, and AB 2223 -- can be stopped if none receive 41 votes (a majority vote). Let's do the math and see how we can get there:

80 Assembly districts
78 current members (2 Democrat seats are vacant)
-19 Republican members (if none vote "yes" on these atrocious bills)
59 remaining members (58 Democrats and 1 "independent")
-19 of them vote "no" or abstain on these awful bills
40 votes is 1 vote short of passage, which would defeat AB 2098, AB 1797, and AB 2223

Therefore, we must "pull off" at least 19 of them. Which is why SaveCalifornia.com has researched and listed 28 deciding votes for Californians to call and demand no, No, NO!

Status and action steps

The Assembly holding floor sessions on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with Friday being the constitutional deadline for bills to pass their house of origin. We have a real chance to stop these awful bills -- so please leave anonymous voicemails tonight!

Leave brief voicemails for these 19 "most fearful" deciding votes we've identified. Leave your brief, anonymous voicemails during non-business hours -- between now and 8am.

Without identifying yourself (because Democrat politicians' modus operandi is to "trash" message from out-of-district callers -- but they can't know for sure if you don't say your name or address or community), say something like:

"Don't squash doctors' and surgeons' medical independence -- oppose AB 2098. Don't segregate Californians and violate their constitutional right of privacy -- oppose AB 1797. Don't prohibit law enforcement from investigating infant deaths -- oppose AB 2223, which permits infanticide."
