DeSantis does indeed tell the students the masks are not effective and called them "COVID theater." He also told them it was their choice to wear them or remove them. Freedom is like that... you get to choose!

The First take: This horrific story points to a definite shift in the war as Russian troops begin marching in streets of cities they have captured. In this report, a cop and his entire family were slaughtered as his brother listened on the phone. Perhaps atrocities like this will move the world to stand against Putin's brutal aggression.
