Pres. Biden says he supports adding an amnesty to Democrats' reconciliation effort -- Call DEM Leadership today! Dear Friends, Our effort to stop an amnesty from being added to the Democrats' upcoming budget reconciliation effort became much more difficult over the last few days. On Friday, Pres. Biden told reporters "I think we should include in the reconciliation bill the immigration proposal." The White House followed up that comment with the following statement: "[Pres. Biden and Vice Pres. Harris] expressed their strong support for including immigration reform in upcoming reconciliation legislation to enable Dreamers, TPS recipients, farmworkers and essential workers to gain long-awaited pathways to citizenship."
