More and more elements appear to undermine the controversial qualification of armed insurrection given by the Democrats to the peaceful demonstration carried out by citizens demanding electoral integrity in front of the Capitol on Jan. 6.
One of them is a video taken by former U.S. Army marine and blogger Bobby Powell, who captured compromising scenes related to the event. (See Bobby’s comments below)-- http://bobpowell.blogspot.com/
The Twitter user identified as @Gekko_WynV attaches a clip and summarizes what happened in a June 26 tweet.
“Watch: Bobby Powell (Ex-Marine) shares exclusive video from Jan. 6th; Capitol police was ordered to stand-down & walked away, while an FBI undercover agent removed broken window, pushed/harassed a Trump’s supporter for yelling “Don’t go in there. Orchestrated Insurrection Event!,” he tweeted.
On the other hand, Powell himself recounted in detail what he saw during his stay as hundreds of protesters penetrated the Capitol in an interview published by OAN on June 25.
Earlier, the same @Gekko_WynV had attached to another of his tweets a video of renowned anchor Tucker Carlson, in which he implicated undercover FBI agents in the riots that occurred on Capitol Hill.
“The ‘Unindicted Co-Conspirators’. Law enforcement officers participated in the Jan 6th Capitol Riots. FBI Operatives got involved!? Coup d’etat,” he wrote in that tweet.
Carlson has been very accurate in his remarks and is one of the few journalists who dare to question the official version, which contradicts facts such as those presented by Powell.
In one of his later programs, Carlson raised some of the questions that seem to make untenable the Democratic narrative, which unleashed the persecution of hundreds of supporters of the former president, Donald Trump, on the assumption of being linked to ‘domestic terrorism’.

In fact, Republican Senator Ron Johnson and his staff recently reviewed some 14,000 hours of surveillance footage and found no evidence of “violence” or an “armed insurrection.”
So Johnson noted that it was most likely that the Democratic Party and the mainstream media had misled the nation, lying about the siege.
“The bias of the left-wing media is destroying this country,” he said in a video, adding, “It is extremely important to create an accurate historical record of exactly what happened, so that the false narrative of thousands of armed insurrectionists does not endure.”
Even more contradictory is the Biden administration’s application of the concept of ‘domestic terrorism,’ which completely ignores the most violent Marxist groups in the United States—Antifa and Black Lives Matter.
During the summer of 2020, with the death of George Floyd, the protests of these two groups culminated in deaths, looting, destruction of businesses, federal buildings, violence against police, and others.
According to an Axios report, both privately and publicly, the damage caused in the 140 U.S. cities by the protests is estimated to exceed two billion dollars.

Why Is The FBI Not Looking For These Capitol Hill Riot Suspects?
(UPDATED 6/17/21) Did video taken during the “insurrection” in Washington DC on Jan 6th capture undercover FBI “operators” smashing windows, urging “rioters” to go inside, and even attempting to force innocent bystanders (including this reporter) to enter the Capitol building proper against their will? The video recorded that day, and events over the many days since, does look extremely bad for the FBI, or at least powerful elements thereof, as it implicates the agency in a “false flag” attack on the US Capitol as well as a subsequent cover-up.
Who ordered the squad of 8 uniformed Capitol Hill police officers to abandon a broken window, with a mob at the East Entrance doors 30 feet away? Why? Who are these men, displaying military bearing and a calm demeanor as they facilitate, and even force, the entry of "rioters" into the Capitol building? Why is the FBI not interested in finding them? Why do they not appear on the FBI's website? I would like to have an answer to those questions, wouldn't you?

The nation’s premiere law enforcement agency is not above breaking the law in order to pursue a political objective. It might be helpful to remember that more than two dozen of the highest-ranking officials in the FBI and DOJ have been fired, forced to resign, or have been criminally charged and convicted for criminal actions taken during the Trump/Russia investigation.
But there are more “Deep State” criminals who yet wield authority. As an “unindicted co-conspirator” for my coverage of the Bureau of Land Management’s siege of the Bundy Ranch in 2014, and the Bundy occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in 2016, this reporter can speak with some authority on this issue.
FBI Agents in Oregon submitted a falsified Form 302 (an FBI agent’s handwritten narrative of an interview) of an interview with talk show host Pete Santilli - an interview which never took place - and prosecutors were forced to drop the charges; but nobody from the FBI was ever disciplined for this blatant, and illegal, attempt to frame an American citizen for a crime he did not commit. In another travesty, FBI agent Joseph Astarita was arrested after allegedly lying about shooting at rancher LaVoy Finicum as he exited his truck with his hands raised; but Astarita was acquitted of charges of making false statements and obstruction of justice.
After the Bundys prevailed with a series of not guilty verdicts in Oregon they – and Santilli – stood trial in Nevada, where the government’s case fell apart in the face of whistleblower testimony
In the case US v. Bundy, et al, as she dismissed the Government's case "with prejudice," U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro cited "flagrant prosecutorial misconduct," as the reason, noting that prosecutor Myhre, "made several misleading statements to the defendants and the court," that, "The government conduct in this case was, indeed, outrageous," that the prosecution showed, "a reckless disregard for the constitutional obligation to seek and provide evidence," that Mr. Myhre engaged in "deliberate attempts to mislead and distort the truth," and that, "The court finds that the universal sense of justice has been violated."
Daniel P. Love, The BLM Special Agent-in-Charge of the raid at the Bundy Ranch was eventually fired, but was not imprisoned for illegal actions spanning more than a decade; and in a slap in the face to those who expect the federal government to seek and dispense justice fairly, prosecutor Myhre – who has been slapped on the wrist by the court for prosecutorial misconduct twice now - was assigned new duties; teaching “ethics” to new DOJ lawyers.
I had to mention these events because I was involved in them, so I know the government is not necessarily my friend (or yours) and because Pete Santilli – who is my friend, brother Marine, and fellow journalist – spent 619 days in federal custody, without the opportunity to post bail, before the bogus charges against him were dismissed. By publishing this story I am attempting to accomplish two objectives: Bring to justice those who were really behind the attack on the US Capitol on January 6th and, hopefully, indemnify myself from a fate similar to that of my fearless friend Pete.
“The truth shall set you free,” right? Well, for me, that may be true. For others, however…

Here is the truth: I was at the East Entrance to the US Capitol on January 6th, 2021. Two men I recorded attacking the building, breaking windows and pushing people inside, have not been arrested, nor are they on the list of suspects being sought by the FBI.
Though I provided the FBI with 29-minutes of stable, 1080p Hi-Definition video more than five months ago, neither man appears in any of the 400+ indictments of those arrested (I checked all of them,) nor does one frame of video, or a single screenshot, of either man appear on the FBI webpage that asks the public for help in identifying those who attacked the Capitol, the FBI’s YouTube channel, or the FBI’s Facebook page.
I spoke with investigators from the FBI, the Joint Terrorism Task Force, the Secret Service, and the NCIS on 1/15/21, providing each with a copy of the footage via email, along with a narrative of what I saw that day. I ended my emails by informing them that if they wished to interview me further, they should contact my lawyer and I would be happy to answer whatever questions they might have.
As of 6/17/21 I have not been contacted by any law enforcement agency to inquire about what was seen, and recorded, at the East Entrance to the US Capitol on January 6th, 2021. An email containing the following questions, sent to the FBI’s media contact on 5/4/21 as a follow-up asking for comment, has not been returned.
1. Who gave the order to that squad of eight uniformed Capitol Hill police officers to leave the window broken by Hunter Ehmke undefended with a mob beating down the doors 30 feet away?
2. Who are the two men - who acted calmly, with military bearing, as if they were carrying out orders with an authorized purpose - who pulled the window from the frame and tried to push me and others inside the Capitol?
3. I provided the FBI with 29-minutes of HD video almost four months ago, yet no images of these two men are anywhere to be found. The FBI has not arrested them, does not appear to be looking for them, and is not looking for input from the public to ascertain their identities; that is a fact. My viewers and I would really like to know, “Why?”
Again, I have received no reply to those questions, or a reply or inquiry of any kind, from any federal agency. This, in and of itself, is extremely odd to say the least. If they don't want to say something, the government will usually respond with, at least, a "No comment."
Several of the Capitol Hill defendants from Michigan, where The Truth Is Viral is based, are being represented by the Federal Defender's Office in Detroit. Messages left with these DOJ lawyers have not been returned. Having been seen over 250-thousand times across multiple platforms, this video is not a secret. It's almost as if these federally employed public defenders do not want to know about exculpatory evidence that might benefit their clients. Why is that? Private defense attorneys representing Capitol Hill “rioters” are tripping over themselves to get a copy. Could it be because that video – and events that have occurred since Jan 6th – might also implicate the FBI in criminal activity?
That I never entered the Capitol, and that my instincts as a US Marine under Oath to "protect and defend the Constitution," and the Capitol, kicked in - I successfully repelled a few intruders from entering the broken window, with naught but a “war face” and a “barbaric yawp” - gives me a degree of immunity from arrest by the FBI; but we shall see. Pete Santilli, also a Marine, never committed a crime during either Bundy incident, his reportage exposing government corruption was simply “inconvenient,” and the federal government held him for 619 days without bail for no reason other than to shut his mouth.
Senators Kyrsten Sinema and Josh Hawley have taken possession of the raw video; but the only reason they know about it at all is because I called a local office and left a message.
Curiously, hundreds of emails sent to elected officials, reporters, and news organizations around the world over the past 4 months have been returned, marked, "Undeliverable” or have not been received. Hundreds more “private messages” to the same group of people on Facebook have been deleted by the social media giant, having never been read by the intended recipients.

After receiving the messages left at an office in their home states, representatives for both Sinema and Hawley called back within 24 hours. Following up via email, both Senators have stated that they intend to use the video to ask some uncomfortable questions of the Capitol Police, the FBI, and the Justice Department.

If you are not familiar with the history of the Reichstag Fire, it was an arson attack that took place the evening of February 27, 1933 and burned the building that housed the Reichstag (i.e. the parliament of the German Weimar Republic).
