Hilariously, after Wall Street went into the tank for Joe Biden in 2020, he’s now rewarding their financial support by proposing raising the capital gains tax to the highest it’s ever been.
For a period of four years, Donald Trump was the lowest paid politician in Washington D.C. (albeit by choice), while Dr. Anthony Fauci was the highest paid. In the world of government it seems there’s no correlation between competence and pay – an observation backed by the revelation that scandal-plagued Governor Andrew Cuomo is the highest paid Governor in history.
