We have to be aware of something in order to change. But once we are aware, we have to make changes in our own lives and environment before it can happen elsewhere. So, use adversity and anything you don’t like as an opportunity to clarify your desires and then use that energy to FOCUS on what you do want! You might notice you become more motivated than ever before.
