“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government"

That is why our Founders insisted on forming a republic which is not hindered by all the downfalls inherent in a democracy. Notice that the Party of Pork never refers to the United  State by its proper designation and accurate description, "a republic".........preferring to lie and refer to our nation as a democracy, in order to trick the feeble-minded, the gullible, the poorly educated and the misinformed.
