WHY BALLOT HARVESTING IS DANGEROUS

Fact Check: Ballot Harvesting is real.

There is a lot of confusion about what the term means and why the practice is ripe for Voter Fraud.

Here is how Ballot Harvesting can be defined:

In an article by CBS News, it explains how Ballot Harvesting regulations vary depending on the state:

“…26 states allow a voter to designate someone else to return their ballot for them, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures. A dozen of those states limit the number of ballots that the designee can collect and return on behalf of voters. And 10 states allow the ballot to be returned by the voter's family member.”

Not surprisingly, the state with the loosest regulations around Ballot Harvesting today is California.

California passed legislation in 2016 that enabled ANYONE to harvest ballots on voters’ behalf. These Ballot Harvesters even get paid to do it.

In the 2018 elections for example, Fox News reported that there was significant suspicion that Ballot Harvesting in California enabled Democrats to defeat Republicans.

Here is a portion of what the December 2018 Fox News article says:

“A minor change in California’s election laws may have had a major effect on last month’s [2018] midterm elections that saw Democrats steamroll their Republican rivals and claim all but seven of the Golden State’s 53 House seats. Despite holding substantial leads on Election Day, many Republican candidates in California saw their advantage shrink, and then disappear, as late-arriving Democratic votes were counted in the weeks following the election. While no hard evidence is available, many observers point to the Democrats' use of “ballot harvesting” as a key to their success in the elections.”

This year, Project Veritas will be investigating how vulnerable our elections are because of Ballot Harvesting practices.

Can we have confidence in our elections when strangers are transporting YOUR ballot? Can we really trust them not to toss out or tamper with ballots?

The media has been pushing the narrative that our elections are secure and that anyone who questions the very possibility of Voter Fraud is a “conspiracy theorist.”

Will these “journalists” finally admit that Ballot Harvesting is ripe for Voter Fraud if we release video evidence of it?

Will it still be a conspiracy theory?
