Rioters have unsurpassed support from the betrayer as they have destroyed the city’s wellbeing and those that they used to call neighbors.
Mayor Wheeler is the police commissioner by default. No man in that position should have that kind of power. He has a city to run, and he cannot do that if he has to act as a protector.
