This week, as Democrats in Congress stalled any progress on coronavirus relief negotiations, Senator Rick Scott welcomed President Trump’s action to help the American people, including deferring student loan payments and providing assistance to renters and homeowners. 

Senator Scott continues to urge Congress to stop laundering taxpayer money intended for coronavirus relief through inefficient federal agencies, state governments or bloated bureaucracies’ and instead help the families and businesses that have been directly impacted by this crisis.
