The "velocity" of CV19 infections continues to slow in the USA...
"Velocity" = # of active cases for each recovered case, In this chart, we can see
that today (4/11/20), there are 15.6 active cases for each recovered case. A week ago
it was 18; a drop of 13%. This metric quantifies the "velocity" of the infection and how
much it is speeding up - or as in this case, slowing.
The goal, of course, is too have no active cases, with all cases recovered. That would
the velocity to 0.0 !
