Here's the petition:
PAY FOR YOUR OWN CAMPAIGNS, stop begging from We, the People!
It is important for the candidates and We, the People to stop the incessant begging for money from us!
There should be a ceiling on what is spent to run for office that is from the government with anything above that to come out of the candidates own pockets!! NO ONE, used to beg for money; now every piece of mail or email is begging for money from us, the people by candidates & everyone from all organizations imaginable! We
need our money to live, but everyone from every walk of life begs for money and it is un-American!
On that note ALSO, it is also imperative that outside people and companies DO NOT kick in big amounts meant to season the pot of favor! It is important for the candidates to have their own money and NOT be influenced by others money!
