This book is dedicated to; Beverly Ann Bissell(Mom, The Best) &  My friend. Martin Yerdon who is a writer and a Good man. He is a Watcher and shares his wealth of knowledge everywhere.

    Author's goal:
Entitlements: the belief that one is inherently deserving of privileges or special treatment. When one thinks and talks about the labyrinth of Welfare, food stamps, section 8 and the many other give away programs that are extended and considered, 'The social net.'

Most of us taxpayer really don't know what we are talking about. There are plenty of anecdotal stories out there, and many are true, but there must be a clear reality to all this fog. There is a system, as chaotic as it is. These give a way's are in place and the price tags are wildly enormous.  So it is within this pea soup that we decided to uncover and cut through the mysteries of these programs. Remember, this was set up to help poor people 'temporarily' get back on their feet.

Our goal is to shine a light and bring transparency to this archaic socialist experiment run amok. Like a Sherpa, we want to expose the true nature of these drains on tax payer dollars that is, The Welfare State. (Authors Wise-cracks)

Looking for Help? Over 600 government benefits in one place. WelfareInfo.org  2019.

Going to this website gives you an idea of the scope and size we will define.

This is a partial list of states, smallest to largest tax dollars spent.  Money poured into a bucket with a hole at the bottom, with no end in sight.

Wyoming: $843Million - South Dakota: $1.1Billion -  New Mexico: $5.7Billion - Connecticut: $7.5Billion - Michigan: $16.9Billion - Pennsylvania: $30.3Billion - Texas: $37.9Billion - New York:$79.8Billion  - California: $105.3Billion;

WOW!

With a total of  $650.4+ Billion per year, National Welfare payout! {By Gabrielle Olya October 12, 2018} (But as we all know, budgets rise and expand every year, this is not even close to being the end)

Number One;  NYState pays the highest Welfare benefits out per capita, a Whopping  $3,305. Total public welfare expenditures: $19.85 billion. (No wonder they are pouring in)
Example of the various organizations falling within the Archaic Government structure. Each Department has hundreds of offices attached to it.

 RULES (Subjective):
In order to apply for Welfare, there are certain requirements to adhere to: (Ready?)
A basic lack of gainful employment opportunity, through either lack of places of employment or lack of job skill. (In other words, you can try to get a job,  or not!)

A commitment to self-sufficiency is necessary before any potential recipient can begin to receive benefits. Heads of household must enter into an agreement they will become self-sufficient within a certain timeframe. (Timeframe? HUH! Who ever gets off Welfare?)

A commitment to cooperation must be signed by the heads of household that they will comply with and continue all regulations and requirements while receiving aid. (Sure)
You must be a legal and permanent resident of the state to which you are applying. (Some apply to multiple states)

You must be a citizen of the United States or a qualified non-citizen legal resident, restrictions apply. (Flies in the face of the last requirement, NON-Citizen?)

A commitment to total accuracy and honesty during the program. (Right)

All monetary resources must be divulged. This includes cash within the home, in checking or savings accounts and items of value in possession such as jewelry or electronics. (Ha, no doubt including money made selling drugs or boyfriends living at home, under the radar)

A household financial budget must be created and adhered to. (Who Checks on this, Mr. Peepers?!? Hi, I'm from the Welfare Department here to check your monthly budget)
These programs are cash assistance {TANF}, the child support programs, child care, energy or utility assistance, food assistance, medical assistance, and vocational rehabilitation services.
The child support program can supplement partial child care fees or provide 100% fee assistance. (On the whole these rules seem reasonable and a stop gap as to fraudulent claims and abuses. Let us see how they are applied and hold up in reality)

In FY 2019 total US government spending on welfare — federal, state, and local — is “guesstimated” to be $1,132 Billion, including $650 billion for Medicaid, and $482 billion in other welfare layouts. (That's $1.132 TRILLION this year alone!)

  1. William Bissell comments: The welfare book needs to go out of print. The RATS are the curse of America. They gave us the Fed & IRS who’ve been collectively stealing our money for 115+ years. They gave us the welfare system. Am I out of line to favor going to war with these termites and killing them all?
