This one instance is just the very tip an the iceberg of ILLEGALS in America. Even after these individuals are CAUGHT they are not punished or deported. What good are *laws* if they are never enforced as they should be? ENFORCING EXISTING LAW is a long forgotten act in America - unless you are a White Christian.
I stopped paying much attention to *the news* as it is delivered in today's world. What is now classified as *news* is really nothing more than a biased talk show about *news*. I am of the age when *news* was delivered by one man using the What, Where, When, Who, Why, style of delivery... no comments about it other than the FACTS and it only took maybe 15 minutes at the most. Anyone else out there remember the news as delivered by John Cameron Swayze? Today's delivery style system takes an hour to report on one instance and then you are still left with a ton of questions.
We have a lot of issues flying all over that should be getting charges filed and appearances in front of an honest judge (if you can find such) and then the ruling carried out at once. The practice now is to TALK TALK TALK TALK and do nothing.
Will this foreign illegal get what she is due? I doubt it. The LEFT will shout out their words RACIST - ANTI-MUSLIM - and all their other word bullets and the RIGHT will stand down so they aren't accused of OFFENDING ANYONE.
What a sad say it is in America that WORDS and fear of offending someone rules the roost. What happened to the phrase, GET THEE BEHIND ME SATAN!!!!" It disappeared along with the statement that the President must be a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN - not an illegitimate foreign born individual. (has anyone ever determined WHO his real sperm donor was?)

Controversial Somali lawmaker has irregularities in her immigration history.

Ilhan Omar (D-MN) has not been a very popular congressional representative of late, and now a lawsuit has been filed seeking deportation, at the very least, of the Somali-born Democrat. The complaint accuses the freshman lawmaker of several infractions, including immigration fraud and support of terrorist groups. Larry Klayman, the founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, filed the complaint on May 13 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, “seeking a writ of mandamus to order the investigation by the U.S. Department of Home Security (DHS) of the alleged immigration fraud and association with terrorist support groups by Rep. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota.”
Klayman’s complaint details various actions allegedly committed by Omar that he cites as justifiable reasons to deport the representative, along with grounds for further actions. He outlines three main categories of her alleged misdeeds: fraudulent use of refugee status, illegal marriage, and ties to terrorist groups.

Although Omar was born in Somalia, her family migrated to Kenya, Africa, where they lived in what Klayman described as “the resort city of Mombasa, Kenya, famous for its magnificent beaches on the Indian Ocean, and a magnet for wealthy tourists from Europe and around the world.” He claims that Kenya is prosperous because of its tourism economy, “with a building boom in Nairobi funded largely by Chinese investors.” The country’s political system is mostly stable because of its desire to keep attracting tourists, according to the lawsuit.
There are doubts about her refugee status. Klayman said the lawmaker might have entered the United States under temporary protected status, which “would not lead to citizenship.” The founder of Judicial Watch claims that because “Omar’s family was living safely in Mombasa, Kenya, she was not eligible to be admitted into the United States as a refugee. She was safe in a country near to her home country and not eligible for entry into the United States on the other side of the planet.”
One of the concerns is that Omar could have been married to Hirsi when she married Elmi, which would be considered bigamy. The complaint suggests Omar married her alleged brother Elmi and stayed with him long enough for him to become a citizen, then returned to her first husband in what Klayman describes as marriage fraud:
And, of course, her recent remarks have thrown the public into a frenzy. Remember this lovely statement? “Israel has hypnotized the world, may Allah awaken the people and help them see the evil doings of Israel,” which upset Vice President Mike Pence so much he called for her removal from the House Foreign Affairs Committee. Nor could we forget her grossly insensitive remarkregarding 9/11 when “some people did something.”
“Rep. Ilhan Omar, no more than anyone else, should be allowed to play the ‘race card,’ to avoid scrutiny for her apparent crimes and terrorist-related connections, which is a threat to national security,” Freedom Watch stated. “These allegations are serious and quite apart from even her radical anti-Semitic and anti-Christian rhetoric.”

Will The Real Mr. Omar Stand Up
Although Omar denies them, allegations have surfaced that she married her brother so that he could become a U.S. citizen. In the lawsuit, Klayman discusses her marriages at length, and following is a condensed overview:- In 2002, Omar married Ahmed Abdisalan Hirsi and had three children with him.
- On Feb. 12, 2009, she married Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, who Klayman claims is her brother.
- Omar and Elmi separated in 2011, but “with a Muslim cultural divorce, not an official governmental divorce.”
- In 2012, according to divorce records, Omar had her third child with her first husband, Hirsi.
- In 2017, Omar, after being elected to the legislature, officially divorced Elmi.
- In 2018, Omar and first husband Hirsi were married or remarried, depending on whether she was legally divorced in the first place.
One of the concerns is that Omar could have been married to Hirsi when she married Elmi, which would be considered bigamy. - “The evidence indicates that Ms. Omar’s sham marriage to her brother was an immigration fraud to assist his entry into the United States and intended for him to be naturalized as a U.S. citizen…. If Ilhan Omar were convicted of marriage fraud, the criminal conviction may be grounds for denaturalization and the loss of citizenship of not only her brother, Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, but also Ilhan Omar herself.”
Terrorist Ties
As Liberty Nation’s Jeff Charles reported, Omar “has familial connections to powerful individuals in the Somali government and appears to have exerted some influence over the country’s latest elections. Prior to the election, at a party in Minneapolis, Omar endorsed former Somali Prime Minister Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed in his bid for the presidency.”And, of course, her recent remarks have thrown the public into a frenzy.
