BERTRAND DAILY REPORT 05/31/2019 CRISIS ON MEXICAN BORDER CALLS FOR VOLUNTEERS - DEMOCRATS HAVE CAUSED THIS MESS!!!

BERTRAND DAILY REPORT  The War For Your Mind & Soul Continues

Subject: Why Trump Needs Civilian Volunteers On The Border, 5,000 Plus Ready--Videos

Friends and Associates:

Record round-up of over 1,000 in one group illegally crossing near El Paso. Wednesday, a semi carrying X number of illegal aliens departed the Nogales area, during the day no less....and was being sought by law enforcement.

Thursday, USBP helicopters and other law enforcement types conducted a massive search and rescue near Interstate 8 (Welton, AZ) forcing military fighter jet training to terminate operations in that area below 3,000 feet altitude. "A female UDA in grave distress, left by the group."  She was eventually found, but tying-up resources because of the Dem's reluctance to secure the border will continue to endanger illegal aliens this summer. ("UDA" Undocumented Alien)

President Trump made a statement yesterday, before boarding 'Marine One' to Andrews.....he would announce a major change concerning border action. That announcement has now been made, and tariffs on Mexico are in-order.

The magnet is getting stronger as Dems are now offering free health care in California, while complaining the surge is a result of Trump's border security policies. If that were true, then Dems would be applauding Trump for the surge ! There was a surge in 2014 under Obama, and not a peep out of the Dems.

The President has offered several solutions to the border crisis, but yet the hypocrite Dems will not budge and are solely focused on "Impeachment."

Trump has moved on his own and at the same time, two private citizen groups have raised enough money and have begun building the wall in two key locations with 10 more plans in the pipe-line. The Dems went nuts on that one, including a small town in New Mexico !

As for citizen groups taking a stand and helping Border Patrol with the building of a wall.......a civilian twin engine turbo-prop Metroliner with the call-sign "Stat 64" is patrolling the southern part of the Tohono O'Odham Reservation at 14,500 feet most everyday so far. If the aircraft was connected to Border Patrol, the call-sign would be 'Omaha,' but instead is being referred to as "a civilian metroliner is working area #### near the border at 14 point 5."

At this point, I think the Metroliner aircraft is assessing the most traveled areas through the Tohono in-order to properly place the tower cameras in October. Most towers along the border are built by Boeing.

I know that a civilian group, called the American Border Patrol (ABP) near Bisbee, where I will be next week for the summer, operates a Cessna 206 and a few drones (in that area), but I do not see a connection with the Metroliner...a very expensive aircraft to operate. Something is happening and the "Civilian" aircraft might be a civilian contractor for the State Department hence the call-sign "Stat."

Similar activities along the border that has "civilian" written all over it, including the wall going-up by civilians, is enough to encourage Trump to (officially) request additional support at the border by civilians under (maybe) an authenticated training program.

There are thousands of military veterans, retired law enforcement and others willing to jump in their RV's and head to the border to help this country slow down the illegal alien invasion, exacerbated by the Democrat Communist Party.

I'm doing my part, sitting only 60 yards away from a major drug corridor on the Tohono O'Odham Reservation. My area will be very active by October thru December, especially after the several USBP tower cameras and sensors are in-place by October, extending along the border from the west side of Tohono to the east boundary.

Current drug smuggling activity (if any next to me), besides the occasional daytime dehydrated alien, can only be seen at night with GEN III night vision, however.....the best I can hope for is a brief light from a flashlight in the far distant area of the desert, but activity [currently] is mostly up the middle of the Tohono, and that will change.

I'm currently more effective at intercepting communications of Cartel scouts on top of hills nearby (occasionally). Once USBP is notified....the idea is for USBP to intercept the group, heading north by northeast to a dirt road where Border Patrol waits. Those that wander into our area are dehydrated and want Border Patrol to pick them up, and while waiting (we) determine if [they] are part of a group, we determine if medical attention is necessary and we provide water and food bars to those that "quit."

What will happen after the towers are erected along the border on the Tohono Reservation in October, the drug and human trafficking will shift further west of Tohono and Lukeville and then will enter Tohono from the southwest by west, bypassing the towers, which will essentially put their route directly through my location.

I intend to return here after the weather cools...along with approximately 20 to 30 other veterans that straddle the barbed fence that separates us along the Tohono drug corridor with RV's during the winter season.

Using the Tohono O'Odham Reservation is the preferred route that borders on the north with Casa Grande and Phoenix. Many villagers earn their living by assisting the Cartel....

This summer, hundreds of illegal aliens will die in the desert needlessly and those deaths can be contributed directly to the Dem's lack of border security to keep migrants and MS-13 gangs on the Mexican side of the border. WE will never see the Dems forming civilian groups to deter these deaths, but will use those deaths to boost their agenda(s) for 2020.

The bottom line......

Border Patrol is short approximately 2,000 agents and those (of us) willing to volunteer our time (without pay) but (officially) vetted by USBP could easily reach a number of 5,000 plus. While agents are tied-up with large groups of illegal aliens, a 5,000 plus volunteer operation would be better "eyes and ears" than a string of tower cameras, because deterrence is easily accomplished when large groups of civilians patrol the border. Vetted civilians or not, Border Patrol WELCOME the extra eyes and ears, contrary to popular opinion from the Dems and fakestream media.

Welcoming and vetting civilian volunteers to help secure the border should be one of the administration's goals, just as WW I veterans and concerned citizens were mobilized along the entire west coast after Japan attacked Pearl Harbor. The Civil Defense operation to identify and report Japanese aircraft was the mission, and TODAY......civilians can be very effective along the Mexican border.

More than 1,000 migrants Apprehended [One Group]

May 30, 2019, 8:19 AM MST
By Julia Ainsley and Jay Blackman

WASHINGTON — More than 1,000 migrants were apprehended after illegally crossing the border near El Paso, Texas, early Wednesday morning, according to two U.S. officials and a document obtained by NBC News.
The group of 1,036 is the largest ever encountered by the Border Patrol; the previous record of 424 was set last month.
Customs and Border Protection has noticed a trend in the number of large groups crossing the border together. In fiscal year 2018, border agents encountered 13 groups of more than 100 immigrants. Now, they have seen that same number in a single day, according to Brian Hastings, the chief law enforcement operations directorate for the U.S. Border Patrol.
President Donald Trump told reporters at the White House on Thursday that he will make his "biggest statement on the border" on Friday.
A third U.S. official expects the large group apprehension to be a major part of his announcement.
The 1,036 immigrants included 934 people traveling in family groups, 63 children traveling alone, 39 single adults and others who had not yet been identified. All of those processed as of Wednesday morning are from the Northern Triangle countries of Central America, with 515 from Guatemala, 135 from Honduras and 76 from El Salvador.
Immigration advocates say more immigrants are traveling in large groups because they believe in "safety in numbers," as conditions along their journey are treacherous. U.S. officials say the large groups overwhelm medical teams and border agents, who are most often patrolling in pairs.
Overall numbers of undocumented immigrants crossing the border both legally, by presenting themselves at ports of entry, or illegally, by crossing between ports of entry, have skyrocketed in recent months. Both March and April saw numbers above 100,000, the highest in over 12 years.
One DHS official said the agency expects May to breach 120,000 in the number of immigrants apprehended and deemed inadmissible.
