In Pennsylvania, 11,000 Illegals are Registered to Vote

Officials in Pennsylvania this week admitted that over 11,000 noncitizens had been allowed to register to vote.

"I believe that we need to take action and have those people removed immediately from the rolls," said State Rep. Daryl Metcalfe (R), whose inquiry led to the release of the registration figures.

Just a few days ago, officials in Texas discovered 95,000 noncitizens among registered voters.

By comparing driver's license records with voter rolls, Texas Sec. of State David Whitley confirmed at least 58,000 of the registered noncitizens had voted at some point in the past two decades. State officials in Pennsylvania refused to release the names of registered noncitizens to Metcalfe, so it unclear how many had voted in past elections.

Despite the evidence, critics continue to insist that voter fraud does not exist. 

"There is no voter fraud in Texas," claims Hispanic activist Domingo Garcia. "It's clear that the right-wing elements in Texas government are trying to rig the system to keep power and disenfranchise 95,000 American citizens...[Voter fraud] is a lie repeated time and again to suppress minority voters, and we're going to fight hard against it."

Garcia leads the League of United Latin American Citizens, which recently filed a lawsuit to block a potential purge of noncitizen names from voter registries.

Voting is the cornerstone of Democracy, and we must protect its integrity. 

"Demonstrating...noncitizen voting activity is the worst form of heresy one can commit for left-wing groups," argues Logan Churchwell, whose legal firm seeks to pry loose voter data in Texas and Pennsylvania.

While no state requires proof of citizenship to vote, Churchwell confirmed that Texas would soon start comparing new voter registrations with federal immigration records.

"This carries the benefit of being a report plus a report," he said. "Texas will be actively screening for existing potential noncitizen registrations on a monthly basis, which is something we've long pushed for."

In Pennsylvania, Metcalfe is working with fellow GOP lawmaker Garth Everett to "enact legislation which ensures that noncitizen foreign nationals cannot vote anywhere in this Commonwealth, and that the votes ...More
