BERTRAND DAILY REPORT 09/17/2018 DEMOCRATS ALLOWING ILLEGAL ALIENS TO ENTER THE U.S. AT ALARMING RATES

Bertrand Daily Report The War For Our Mind & Soul Continues

Subject: Arizona Border Invasion Increased 127%, Dems Argue "18th Century Wall Will Not Work."

Ed Note:

The invasion into the U.S. has increased and the numbers are staggering, but what is even more astounding....U.S.B.P. acknowledge the fact that for every one illegal caught, anywhere from 3 to 6 get through. The well known secret by pundits of illegal alien crossings, is to overwhelm border security by the thousands. A good estimate is one illegal alien crosses every second (24/7) along the open border from Brownsville to San Diego. (Note: The Trump election in 2016, illegal alien traffic dropped 90%, but as of today, the YUMA Sector reports a 127% increase).

In Arizona, Pima County (Tucson) borders with Mexico and accounts for an estimated 40% of all drugs smuggled across the southwest border. Areas along the Pima County border with Mexico are wide-open and is nothing more than broken down barbed wire fence in many places.

Sasabe, a small town in Pima County, has a tall (see through) wall with nothing at either end which can be seen by the naked eye.

Of course, illegal aliens do not climb that wall....they just go around it ! Before that wall was built in 2007 and years earlier, a ranch owner in the Sasabe area, of whom owns a good portion of the land in that area and worked closely with Mexican Drug Cartel, was caught, but never convicted....smuggling cocaine inside at least one head of cattle (of many) that trans-versed from Mexico to Arizona.

When it was discovered, one head of cattle always ending-up dead each time, the scam was revealed. He still lives in the area....

There are many citizens, non-citizens and Native Americans on the Tohono O'Odham Reservation that assist illegal aliens by providing intel and safe houses for their trek into America, which Tucson and Phoenix are sanctuary cities with politicians that oppose federal funds for border security.

Pima County Law enforcement hands are tied, when it comes to enforcing border control along with U.S. Border Patrol agents, and the battle for Washington in November could be a major game changer for Pima County and the State of Arizona if a Dem is elected.

Massive crossings and not enough law enforcement (boots on the ground) has been a problem for years and getting worse.

Kysten Sinema (D-AZ) is a well known Socialist activist for open borders, running against Martha McSally (R-AZ), a retired Air Force Colonel (jet fighter pilot).....both recently debated the Border Wall issue. Sinema believes a Wall is an "18th Century solution to a 21st Century problem," and does support more drones and camera/ sensor towers while McSally promotes the Wall and at least 10,000 more border agents.

An obvious problem [without a Wall] and depending only on technology, in the middle of remote desert areas of Arizona, is the simple fact...Border Patrol can see illegal alien trafficking from their Command Center in Tucson, but responding is another story.

My own experience, working the border in Pima County for the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps (MCDC), response time by a single agent can take hours while a group of illegals disappear into the desert. Air support is a hit and miss situation and definitely lacking during the daylight hours.

Back in 2007 thru 2009, it was a known fact that Mexican Authorities [required] U.S. Authorities / U.S. Border Patrol to give position reports for one or two of the Predator Drones flying along the border.....unknown if that practice is still ongoing.

Furthermore....USBP was required to forward known locations / posts of all civilian citizen border watch groups to Mexican Authorities, which in-turn was provided to Mexican Drug and Human Trafficking operatives along the border. Note: As a policy and agreement with USBP, it was my job (and others) to provide USBP with Minuteman positions for the purpose of "strategizing resources and proper identification."

Citizen Border Watch groups act and/or acted as "Neighborhood Watch" groups during the period between 2005 thru 2012, effectively causing the arrests of thousands, but today...with over a 100% increase of human / drug trafficking, a minimum amount of volunteers are helping border ranch owners and communities.

The stigma placed-on citizens (and ranchers) actually concerned about their country and willing to assist U.S. Border Patrol (which most agents readily accepted) became demonized as "Vigilantes" by the Obama Administration, Far Left media and supporters of open borders. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) led the charge against these types of groups.

Now that Dems are promising anything and everything for illegal aliens, (if Dems take-back the House), the push for open borders is sending a message south, "now is the time to come."

The race to building an "18th Century" Wall is critical to slowing human / drug trafficking and if a Wall worked then, it will work now....since human / drug trafficking has been around before the "18th Century" and border technology is only good for tracking statistics.

The human / drug trafficker does not have discernment between what worked during the "18 Century" versus border security of today.

The terrain in Arizona limits technology and the response time for boots-on-the-ground, but a Wall slows down the invasion....because ~200 crossers on any given night will NOT be able to successfully climb a Wall without being detected and could easily take an hour to accomplish.

Tonight....those ~200 will (all) cross into Arizona within 30 seconds and a helicopter response will take about 30 minutes (if available) and once across the border, the group usually breaks-up into many groups and overwhelms USBP resources. In reality...a group of ~200 (or 50 in a group) are crossing in multitudes only miles apart in many cases along the 1,953 miles.
