KURDS WANT DIRECT NEGOTIATIONS WITH DAMASCUS

So why are the Kurds now interested in talking to the REAL Syrian government and not the country that invaded Syria illegally? Well, the US had been forced to drop its alliances with all its previous terrorist groups pretending to be just moderate opposition when one by one they were found to be practicing brutality and doing things that would not pass muster with the public. It boiled down to the Kurds, who wanted independence and would serve as anti-Assad pawns. But as usual, the US leadership had not thought thru its half-baked scheme. 

When the Turks started fighting the Kurds, the US said essentially "sorry, Turkey is a NATO member and now we can't defend you. You're on your own." In other words, they saw that the US was only using them and then threw them under the bus for a more valuable partner. It has become a common pattern for Muslims disillusioned with the US (for much the same reason as this) to turn to Russia, which they have found to be the only honest broker. Russia brokered the deal with Damascus and now positive things can happen. So now the US has lost its last local partner. It was all so predictable. The Americans are making Russia great again.
